Truly, even when we bought our first cabin up there in 2005, I was so frustrated, I couldn't get the realtor we were working with to hardly respond to me. So, this time when I wanted to look again I wasn't about to call him. I started calling and e-mailing around ... I called one lady/realtor who was recommended to me, and she didn't return my call for over a week. Finally, I just started calling the listings line by line off of realtor.com, to get some information about each listing, which is when I ran into you and you offered to help....and then you actually DID help..... Michelle is a very conscientious agent. She has handled two property sales for me and has always kept me updated and I never had to wonder what was happening. Since I don’t live in the state, she always took care of all of the things I couldn’t do such as running to the county to get copies of needed forms, etc. She will always be my ‘go to’ real estate agent in the White Mtn area. I have never had a lot of luck with real estate agents, but Michelle is awesome!
